Anne says the Ishayas Ascension makes meditating easier than other types of meditation she has tried

Hi Brenda,

I love your website.

About 8 years ago I took a First Sphere Course with the Ishayas and learned how to Ascend. It is the best gift I've given myself. I have been ascending every day since that weekend (eyes open and eyes closed).

Until I discovered the Ishayas I found meditating difficult.

I knew nothing about watching the mind and mindful meditation. I've learned how easy it is to step back and watch my mind, and when old issues come up, I notice them and they just fall away.

I have learned not take myself too seriously, and to listen better with an open heart. I love Ascending and I could go on and on about the positive benefits that I have noticed within myself and in those who also meditate using these wonderful simple techniques as taught by the Ishayas.

Aurelio's golf game has dramatically improved since he learned how to meditate

Hi Brenda,

I have to tell you that after learning ascension, my golf game improved dramatically.

Three years prior to my ascending, I was no longer able to break 80 (used to be able to break 80 two or three times a year when I was younger). With ascension I broke 80 three times in 2003 and four times in 2004.

I can only attribute this to ascension because it is the only change that has occurred. I have not changed my swing nor am I practicing more.

Also I am enjoying the game more immensely. Just being able to be present, enjoying the walk and the beauty of the golf course is an incredible bonus.

I do not even think about my scores. I simply enjoy the beauty around me while ascending with eyes open. I am now seeing things in the golf course that I never noticed before as a result of trying very hard to concentrate and to score.

Now I am detached from the results and just go out, play the game, and enjoy myself. Bad shots no longer stress me and I just let go and continue on.

Jeannine says one of her best ways to be happy is daily meditation

I am in gratitude for having met Brenda through the Ishaya Ascension meditation teachings.

For years now I have been on a spiritual quest with various teachings and have become aware that I was looking for something a little more to calm stress and the ego thoughts that can take over in my life.

Through meeting Brenda, a highly experienced Ishaya meditation teacher I was instructed on how to bring myself to that place of calm peace and happiness with ascension meditation.

Daily I can apply the meditation to whatever I am doing to bring me back to my center and especially at bed time when thoughts take over from the day.

I access the journey of ascension to fall asleep and the transformative energy during the day, anyplace and anytime.
