Conscious Organized Living
More Benefits of Meditation

Organize life for more leisure time

Another of the many benefits of meditation is organized living which naturally leads to rewards of:

  • finding balance in life;
  • less stress;
  • more leisure time; and
  • the extra bonus of making mundane tasks more enjoyable.

Regular practice of meditation empowers you to wake up, be alert and live consciously in the present moment.

What is conscious organized living?

Simply put, to be conscious is to be aware in each moment of your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Each person's preferred style of organizing life and the things in their life is unique.

The key to making good choices for you is to function from the stillness within you in the present moment by listening to your intuition.

Making good choices feels good because it harmonizes with your inner being.

Organized living in every aspect of life is a natural result of being here now.

On the other hand, if you operate from a state of unconsciousness you are more likely to be confused, disorganized, experience more accidents, and get caught up in the ego's negative self talk which leads to emotional stress.

Either way, you get to choose. What serves you and what doesn't?
