If you do not enjoy meditating, you will probably lose interest and quit before realizing its tremendous benefits.

What a tragedy that would be - meditation is the key to easy living in peace and joy.

Before you begin meditating, take a few minutes or so to relax with a full body scan. Take a few deep breaths in through the nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Allow your awareness to move slowly from the tip of your toes to the top of your head noticing each parts of your body as they relax from your gentle loving attention.
