A Loving Kindness Meditation
Introduction to The Ishayas Ascension

Meditation as gentle as a butterfly

A pure and loving kindness meditation is an apt description of the Ishayas Ascension.

Instant access to your inner peace and joy are your rewards for regular practice.

The natural healing power of meditation quiets your busy mind, dissolves stress in your central nervous system and clears a path for pure expression of unconditional love and kindness.

As your ego dissolves, your childlike innocence and curiosity is restored.

Your life becomes a thrilling experience of exploration and adventure. The way it is meant to be.

How did we lose our innocence?

When you were born into this world you functioned blissfully and innocently fully connected to Infinite Love, God or Source in the present moment.

Your remarkable mind was pure potential; free of thoughts of the past or the future.

You quickly and easily learned a complex language and how to use your limbs to pick up objects and crawl, and climb, and walk.

With no inhibitions you innocently explored your new world - a constant and awesome adventure.

Your parents, or primary caretakers, were God-like. Your siblings and other significant people in your life were everything to you - like life mentors.

Like a sponge your mind absorbed your impressions of every experience in your life and stored them away in your subconscious mind.

Ego development...

In order to relate to the world around you an ego was constructed by your mind.

The ego is a bundle of thoughts about who you think you are based on beliefs, values and behavior patterns of your well-meaning life mentors.

Gradually, as your storehouse of memories grew, and thoughts of the past and future captured your attention, an illusion, or veil of separation from God was created.

One of the greatest barriers to eternal peace within is a false impression that we are unworthy of love.

Like grooves in a record, this impression has been deepened with a lifetime of repetitive negative assaults by well-meaning parents, guardians, societies and religions.

The lives of many folks are driven by that deeply ingrained idea of themselves.

That is why people erroneously seek first outside of themselves for true love, when pure infinite love exists at the very core of our being.

How would you like to try a loving kindness meditation to help you restore your naturally high sense of self worth and your childlike innocence filled with joy and giggles?

Mechanics of Ascension

The stillness deep within you is like candy for the mind.

Your mind naturally seeks its source of true happiness.

All we have to do is provide it with a vehicle to move inward and get our selves out of the way.

Ascension attitudes are vehicles that;

  • quiet your mind;
  • clear a channel through stress that has accumulated over time in your central nervous system, and
  • move your awareness inward to Source.

The reason we can describe Ascension as a loving kindness meditation is that its attitudes are based on uplifting emotions of Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion.

Think an Ascension Attitude and your awareness naturally moves inward beyond thoughts in the mind.

Once your mind activity has slowed down, your awareness rests in the stillness.

Because mind and body are one, the body begins to rest and do what it does best. It begins to heal.

Sleep was intended to provide healing time for the body, but in these times of so much stress, sleep is not deep and sound enough to support the body's healing process.

This loving kindness meditation provides
a deeper rest than the deepest sleep at night.

The body in its healing mode, becomes active, which then causes the mind to become active and thoughts begin rising to the surface level of the mind.

As soon as we become aware of thoughts in the mind, we simply think an Ascension Attitude and the cycle begins again.

Stress released from the central nervous system...

Thinking just one ascension attitude cuts a path through the accumulated stress directly into the Ascendant.

As stress is released, the ego dissolves, and pure self-nurturing and loving thoughts rise to the surface level of the mind.

Again this loving kindness meditation supports you in the restoration of your original high sense of self worth.

Easy does it.

If you can think, you can meditate
with the Ishayas Ascension attitudes.

How is that for being a loving kindness meditation?

To be identified with your mind is to be trapped in time: the compulsion to live almost exclusively through memory and anticipation.
Eckhart Tolle
