Just Let Go and Let God
For Your Best Meditation

Whether you are a believer or not, if you just let go and let God guide your inward journey your meditation will be awesome.

These ancient words of wisdom work for everyone in all walks of life, all religions and all nationalities. Just as meditation techniques work for everyone who gives them a chance.

Generally speaking, to let go and let God means to get your ego self out of the way and allow life to flow easily, without resistance.

In the context of this article, we mean to allow your meditation techniques to move your conscious awareness beyond your ego thoughts to the stillness within you.

If you are new to meditation you can always tell if your ego is present because during your meditation you will notice thoughts that try to convince you that:

  • you already know this or that about meditation;
  • meditation isn't working for you now, and never will;
  • meditation is meant for only a few special people;
  • this is too easy to be effective, or even
  • what's for dinner.

Don't you believe any of those ego thoughts. If you can think, you can meditate.

It works for everyone who is willing to make a commitment to practice it long enough for it to become a welcome habit - or a lifestyle.

The first step in learning how to meditate is developing the ability to quiet your busy mind. You can learn how to watch, then slow down and even stop your thoughts.

At first you may find yourself straining and trying to control your mind. With perfect innocence, just relax and let whatever happens naturally to happen.

Meditating is effortless. It is perfectly natural for the mind to move inward and seek its greatest source of happiness. That source is what many people call God. God doesn't need your help.

Meditating with the Ishayas' Ascension techniques is easy and effective and the many benefits of meditation are well worth your time and persistence.

Just remember to relax and let go and let God take you inward to awesome peace and joy. You will love the refreshing and invigorating results.
