Peace in the moment

Regular practice of the Ishayas Ascension meditation techniques infuses you with peaceful stillness while you remain alert and conscious to the world around you.

Unlike other types of meditation that create a trance-like state of mind, Ascension can be practiced with your eyes open anywhere, anytime.

How can I use an Ascension technique when someone is talking to me?

Or when I am driving in heavy traffic?

During any stressful situation, you simply think an Ascension Attitude and it calms and relaxes you - like peace on demand - while preventing stress from entering your body's central nervous system.

Does that sound unlikely, or even impossible?

Did you know that the average person thinks about 100,000 thoughts every day - most of them fretting about the past, or worrying about the future?

Do those thoughts stop you from racing every which way to complete your daily chores and responsibilities?

No!

And have you ever noticed that while someone is speaking, your response is being formed in your mind before they have even finished talking?

Or, have you ever noticed that you rarely get to finish what you wanted to say before being interrupted?

Yes! Most of us have lost the fine art of good communication.

If you can think while someone is talking to you, then you can also change what you are thinking from negative to positive.

The Ishayas Ascension Attitudes replace self-limiting negative thoughts with uplifting positive thoughts of Praise, Gratitude or Love.

Closed-eye meditation gives your body everything it needs to heal itself.

Or we can choose to expand our consciousness awareness and function from the eternal Love deep within us.

Our rewards for choosing LOVE over FEAR are unlimited awesome peace, joy and bliss - life comes alive and happiness reigns.

Everyone and everything on the planet benefits when we function from the high frequency of loving energy that radiates out into the universe.


As ego dissolves, so does guilt

When you feel contracted and emotionally uncomfortable which we all do from time to time, it is easy to check in and accept that you are off track.

Simply choose for peace in this moment.

No guilt - Just peace!


Peace on demand in the supermarket... Meditation for stress relief

Here is an example of how open-eye meditation works for you and for those around you.

Perhaps you are waiting in a long line up at the supermarket.

You are feeling frustrated because you have so much to do, and not enough time to do it all.

Choose peace on demand! Simply think one of the Ishayas Ascension techniques - the first one that comes to mind.

Allow your awareness to come into the present moment and move inward.

Like magic, now you are no longer worried about too much to do and not enough time to do it.

Your peace has become more important than any of those worries - besides, worrying only gets you more worrying.

You may even smile to yourself, which is contagious by the way.

A fretting person waiting in line near you may wonder what you are smiling at - and probably forget to worry.

Peace on demand for kids too...

Kids meditation for stress relief Children who feel intimidated by adults and authoritative figures can learn how to manage their emotions much easier if they use the open-eye meditation techniques.

If you were granted just one wish, what would you ask for?

The most common answer among adults who attend introductory sessions is peace.

It may not be their first response to the question, but eventually after asking for the usual material possessions such as, more money, a bigger house, a new car, or an exotic holiday on a tropical island, or emotional healing such as less stress, almost everyone agrees that ultimately it is more peace and joy that they want.

Don't misunderstand, buying stuff is fun, and initially creates a high degree of excitement and happiness.

BUT, how long does it last? As you know, the novelty of a brand new toy quickly fades away, and soon you are looking for something more.

Why settle for fleeting happiness when you can create permanent inner peace and joy.

It is easily accessible from the unchanging stillness within you.


True happiness and inner peace are
natural results of meditation.
