How to Eliminate the Sting
of Emotional Abuse

Young Couple Arguing

Neutralize the hurtful effects of emotional abuse.

Learn how to baffle emotionally abusive individuals and render them confused and speechless with loving kindness.

Learn how to raise your sense of self-worth and empower yourself to move beyond the need to put others down with destructive criticism.

What is emotional abuse?

Verbal criticism and the silent treatment are favorite weapons of emotionally abusive people.

You will usually find these two individuals in some form of mutual partnership because they cannot exist without each other.

Both suffer from a low sense of self worth.

Both feel puffed up by putting others down.

Both feel victimized by others.

What is the source of emotional abuse?

Believe it or not; It's all in your mind.

The power of the mind is remarkable.

Self-limiting thoughts of the false ego capture one's attention, and stir up intense emotions within both the abuser and the abused.

For example: Individuals who experience a low sense of self-worth believe they are unworthy of love, so they seek love and approval in the world around them.

The energetic force driving their need for love and approval attracts others with the same frequency of energy.

Each partner, therefore has ample opportunities to fulfill their needs created by their beliefs.

Neither of those groups accepts full responsibility for their thoughts, feelings and actions, primarily because self-limiting thoughts operate at a subconscious level of their mind.

Simply put, during the battle of two false egos, neither is consciously aware.

The source of emotional abuse is a mind occupied by distorted thoughts.

To be identified with your mind is to be trapped in time: the compulsion to live almost exclusively through memory and anticipation.
Eckhart Tolle

How to transform your life...

Happy Young Couple

When you stop believing your self-limiting thoughts, you will stop judging and criticizing others.

Healthy people, love and respect themselves and all others.

They naturally spread loving kindness and awesome peace and joy out into their world.

In the present moment, with your conscious awareness resting in the silent stillness of Source of All That Is your whole being radiates at the highest possible energetic vibrations.

Faced with loving energy, an ego is powerless, confused and too baffled to continue on its downward spiraling path.

Three steps to self-empowerment:

  1. Discover how your false ego's negative self talk affects your emotional state of mind.

  2. Learn how to watch your thoughts moving through your mind.

  3. Learn how to meditate.
